Studies on the t heory and methodology of ecological planning could provide material guide and technical support for sustainable development in mining areas. As one of the most important section of ecological planning in min ing areas, sustainable ecoenvironmental managing planning run through the whole producing course. On the ba sis of sustainable ecoenvironmental construction and management, the framework of ecoenvironmental manage ment system of mining areas w as established in this paper. The material methods for confirming the indexes of ecoenvironmental management,recognizing the factory of ecoenvironment and making the decision of ecoenvi ronmental managing project were also provided.
