精品论文 参考文献 静脉血和末梢血血小板结果的对照分析与研究 湖南省桃源县人民医院 湖南常德 415700 【摘 要】目的：对比静脉血和末梢血的血小板结果。方法：选择2014年6月到2015年12月于我院行健康体检的140例志愿者作为此次研究对象，将其依据采血方法的差异分为末梢血采血组与静脉血采血组两组，每组各有70例志愿者，将两组血液标本分别用全自动血液分析仪检测，并对两组标本予以多次重复性验证，对比两组志愿者血小板计数结果。结果：末梢血志愿者的血小板计数范围是28.4~269.7times;109/L，平均值是（201.44plusmn;21.38）times;109/L；静脉血志愿者的血小板计数范围是175.7~289.8times;109/L，平均值是（234.66plusmn;26.25）times;109/L，两组血小板计数平均值对比存在统计学意义（t=8.210，P=0.000），且静脉血血小板计数范围更接近于标准参考值。结论：静脉血和末梢血血小板检验结果比较存在显著性差异，末梢血检测血小板会受到多种原因干扰，而静脉血检测血小板稳定性以及重复性均要比末梢血好，因此临床建议尽可能采集静脉血检测血小板。 【关键词】静脉血；末梢血；血小板结果 Abstract：objective：to compare the venous blood and peripheral blood platelet results.Methods：in June 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital do physical examination of 140 cases of volunteers as the research object，the blood group on the basis of differences in blood sampling methods are divided into peripheral blood and venous blood blood group two groups，each group had 70 cases of volunteers，two groups of blood specimen respectively with automatic blood analyzer test，and the two groups of specimens and many times repeated verification，compared two groups of volunteers platelet count results.Volunteers results：peripheral blood platelet count range is 28.4 ~ 269.7 x 109 / L，the average is（201.44 + 21.38）x 109 / L；Venous blood of volunteer platelet count range from 175.7 to 289.8 x 109 / L，the average is（234.66 + 26.25）x 109 / L，compared two groups of blood platelet count average there is statistical significance（t = 8.210，P = 8.210），and the venous blood platelet count range is more close to the standard reference.Conclusion：venous blood and peripheral blood platelet test results there are significant differences，peripheral blood platelet interference will be affected by a variety of reasons，and venous blood test stability and repeatability are good than peripheral blood platelet，so clinical recommendations as collecting venous blood platelets.
