精品论文 参考文献 针灸治疗30例卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究 哈尔滨体育学院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150008 【摘 要】目的：通过观察针灸治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效，为进一步的推广应用提供循证医学的证据。方法：选取我院于2015年3月到2016年3月期间收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象，随机选取其中30例患者，随机分为两组，分别为实验组和对照组，每组各15例患者。两组均在常规内科基础治疗的基础上，实验组给予针灸综合治疗方案，联合吞咽康复训练，对照组仅给予单纯的吞咽康复训练。对比两组治疗效果并派专门人员进行术后随访。结果：实验组痊愈9例，有效4例，无效2例，总有效率86.66%；对照组痊愈6例，有效3例，无效6例，总有效率60.00%。差异有统计学意义（plt;0.05）。结论：针灸配合吞咽功能康复训练的效果要优于单独的康复训练，更能改善患者的吞咽功能，针刺操作安全有效，值得进一步推广应用。 【关键词】针灸治疗；卒中后吞咽障碍；临床研究 Clinical study of acupuncture in the treatment of 30 patients with dysphagia after stroke Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke，and provide evidence for evidence-based medicine. Methods in our hospital in March 2015 to 2016 during March admitted after stroke patients with dysphagia as the object of study randomly selected among 30 patients，were randomly assigned to two groups，respectively as the experimental group and control group，each with 15 cases in each patient. On the basis of conventional internal medicine treatment，the experimental group was given acupuncture comprehensive treatment program，combined with swallowing rehabilitation training，the control group was given only two simple swallowing rehabilitation training. Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups and send the special personnel to follow up. Results：in the experimental group，9 cases were cured，4 cases were effective，2 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate was 86.66%；the control group was cured in 6 cases，effective in 3 cases，ineffective in 6 cases，the total effective rate was 60%. The difference was statistically significant（plt;0.05）. Conclusion：the effect of acupuncture combined with swallowing function rehabilitation training is better than the individual rehabilitation training，it can improve the swallowing function of patients，acupuncture operation is safe and effective，it is worthy of further popularization and application.
