Lesson 8 Beneficiary’s Certificate受益人证明 Lesson 8 Beneficiary’s Certificate受益人证明 Introduction 受益人证明是根据信用证要求由受益人出具的证明已经履行某项义务的文件，如证明所交货物的品质，证明运输包装的处理，证明按要求寄单等。 Lesson 8 Beneficiary’s Certificate受益人证明 Specimen Lesson 8 Beneficiary’s Certificate受益人证明 Contents 1) Issuer (证明人) It should be the beneficiary of the L/C. 2) Name of certificate (证明标题) It should be the same as that in the L/C. Usual names include such words as “Beneficiary’s Certificate”, “Beneficiary’s Declaration” “Beneficiary’s Statement”. 3) Date (出单日期) It can be the same as that in the invoice. When the contents certified are related to shipment or the shipping advice, issuing date shall be stipulated accordingly. 4) Number of L/C，Number of invoice， Number of sales contract （信用证，发票和合同号码） Unless otherwise stipulated, beneficiary’s certificate should have the number of credit and contract. Some exporters like to put number of invoice on it. 5) Certification/statement (证明文句) Such sentences should comply with the stipulation in the credit. If L/C states “Beneficiary’s Certificate certifying they have…”, in Beneficiary’s Certificate “we hereby certify that we have…” should be used. 6) Signature of issuer (出单人签章) It should be the company name of the exporter and the signature of the person in charge. All drums are neutral packing. 所有圆桶均为中性包装。2. No Chinese words or any hints to show the products are made in China. 无任何中国字或迹象表明此产品产于中国。3.
