Lesson 10 Inspection Certificate商检证书 Lesson 10 Inspection Certificate 商检证书 Introduction 检验证书是进出口商品经过公证机构或生产部门检验后所出具的文件。 检验证书的作用是：①对出口商品的品质规格、物理和技术指标、交货数量及重量提供科学的依据；②是某些商品论质或计价的依据；③作为出口商品的品质、重量（数量、包装以及卫生条件等是否符合合同或信用证规定的依据；④如果交货品质、重量（数量、包装以及卫生等与规定不符，检验证书是买卖双方据以作为拒收、索赔或理赔的依据。 注意： 商品检验遵循属地检验的原则，散装货可在出口港口检验。 检验地和报关地不一样时，CIQ出具出境货物换证凭单，检验地和报关地一样时，CIQ出具出境货物通关单。 出口商品在报验时，一般应提供外贸合同（或售货确认书及函电）、信用证原本的复印件或副本，必要时提供原件，提供的单据和所需的检验证书根据货物不同而不同。 所有报检单要求随附厂检单。 向我国商检部门办理报检须取得报检员资格。 出口报检程序： 进口报检程序： Lesson 10 Inspection Certificate 商检证书 Specimen Lesson 10 Inspection Certificate 商检证书 Contents 1) Details of inspection institution (检验机构名称和地址) It should give the name, address and telephone number of the inspection institution. If L/C specifies the inspection institute, the inspection should be done accordingly, if not, the exporter can decide by itself. 2) Name of the Certificate（证书名称） It is the name of certificate in the L/C. 3) Number of Certificate （证书号码） It is usually given by the institution. 4) Name and Address of Consignor (发货人名称及地址) It can be the exporter or importer of the business according to the time and place of inspection in the L/C. 5) Name and Address of Consignee (收货人名称及地址) It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 6) Description of Goods (品名) It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 7) Place of Origin (产地) It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 8）Quantity Declared （报检数量） It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 9）Place of Dispatch（启运地） It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 10）Port of Destination（到达口岸） It should be the same as that in the L/C and relevant documents. 11）Marks NO.（标记及号码） It should be the same as that in the L/C or relevant documents. 12) Means of Conveyance(运输工具) It should be the same as that in the B/L. 13) Disinfestation and/or Disinfection Treatment (灭虫/消 毒处理) It gives th
