个性化全瓷基台和钛基台分别联合全瓷冠修复在前牙种植修复中的效果对比 　　[摘要]目的 比较个性化全瓷基台和钛基台分别联合全瓷冠修复在前牙种植修复中的效果。方法 选取2014年3月～2015年3月在我院行前牙种植修复的70例患者作为研究对象，根据基台的不同分为观察组（33例，37枚植体）和对照组（37例，40枚植体）。观察组采用个性化瓷基台联合全瓷冠修复，对照组采用个性化钛基台联合全瓷冠修复。种植修复后1、6、12个月进行复查，进行种植体周围探诊、松动度及牙冠外形有无损坏等临床检查，对牙龈出血指数和菌斑指数进行比较，并通过统计PES和WES评分评价美学效果满意度。结果 术后全部77枚骨水平植体均无松动，牙冠外形良好无损坏。两组修复后不同时间段的牙龈出血指数和菌斑指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组修复后1个月和6个月的PES与WES评分满意度比较，差??无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组修复后12个月的PES评分和WES评分满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 　　[关键词]全瓷基台；钛基台；牙种植修复；全瓷冠修复 　　[中图分类号] R782.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（a）-0101-03 　　Comparison of the effect of personalized all-ceramic abutment combined with all-ceramic crown restoration and Titanium abutment combined with all-ceramic crown restoration in anterior dental implant restoration 　　LI Hong-bo 　　Department of Dental Implantation and Rehabilitation，Shenzhen Dental Medical Center，Shenzhen 518001，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To compare the effect of personalized all-ceramic abutment combined with all-ceramic crown restoration and Titanium abutment combined with all-ceramic crown restoration in anterior dental implant restoration.Methods 70 cases with anterior dental implant restoration from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group （33 cases，37 implants） and the control group （37 cases，40 implants） according to the different abutment.The observation group was given the combination treatment of personalized all-ceramic abutment and all-ceramic crown restoration，the control group was treated with the combination of personalized Titanium abutments and all-ceramic crown restoration.All the patients were re-examined after implantation at 1，6，12 months，included peri-implant probing，mobility，the contour of the crown （whether it was damaged） and other clinical examinations.The gingival bleeding index （GBI） and plaque index （PI） in the two groups were compared，the aesthetic satisfaction degree was also evaluated according to the statistical of Pink esthetic score
