专科护理质控小组的管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用 　　[摘要]目的 探?专科护理质量控制小组的管理模式在心内科的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院心内科患者1310例作为观察组，实施专科护理质控小组的管理模式；选取2014年1月～2015年1月患者1310例作为对照组，不实施专科护理质控小组的管理模式，比较两组护理管理效果。结果 观察组心电图识别率、心电图的操作规范率、心电图正确解读率及疑难心电图的识别和反馈率均高于对照组；胸痛患者平均就诊时间、冠心病确诊时间短于对照组，对胸痛的认识率及对该疾病严重程度的知晓率高于对照组；护理文书书写合格率高于对照组，不良事件发生率低于对照组；急救过程中的配合默契满意度及口头医嘱执行准确率高于对照组，操作失误率低于对照组，以上差异均有统计学意义（P 　　[关键词]专科护理质控小组；心内科；护理管理；护理质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）04（b）-0190-04 　　Application of specialist nursing quality control team in department of cardiology nursing management 　　SUN Chi1 GUO Ting2 ZHANG Chao3▲ 　　1.Department of Emergency，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China；2.Department of Cardiology，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China；3.Department of Nursing，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of the establishment of specialist nursing quality control group on department of cardiology.Methods 1310 patients hospitalized in department of cardiology from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the observation group，using the implementation of quality control group of specialist nursing management mode；1310 patients from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the control group did not implement the quality control group of nursing management mode.Nursing management effect were compared between two groups.Results The ECG recognition rate，correct operation rate，reading rate，difficult ECG recognition rate and correct operation rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group；the average time of treatment in patients with chest pain，diagnosis time of coronary disease were shorter than those in the control group；the understanding of disease rate and awareness rate were higher than those in the control group；the qualified rate of
