Methods 60 patients underwent thoracic surgery with double-lumen endotracheal intubation under the general anesthesia in Shenzhou Hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected， and divided into E.An video laryngoscope group （group E） and conventional Macintoshi laryngoscope group （group M） by random number table， each group had 30 patients. The intubation time， intubation success rate and complications were compared. The HR， SBP， DBP， COR and IL-6 were recorded before induction （T1）， after induction before intubation （T2）， 1 min after intubation （T3）， 5 min after intubation （T4）. Results Compared with the group M， the use of E.An video laryngoscope could significantly shorten the intubation time， improve the success rate of endotracheal intubation （P 0.05）.
