精品论文 参考文献 邗江区4040例免费孕前优生健康检查结果分析 （扬州市邗江区妇幼保健所 江苏 扬州 225012） 【摘要】 目的：通过对我区符合政策、计划怀孕的夫妇免费孕前优生健康检查结果进行分析，了解并改善计划怀孕夫妇健康状况，预防出生缺陷发生风险，提高出生人口素质。方法：2014年1-10月我区4040例计划怀孕夫妇按照知情选择的原则，接受了免费孕前优生健康检查，内容包括基本信息采集和病史询问，夫妇双方体格检查，妇科B 超检查及相关项目实验室检查。结果：检查发现异常情况1373例，异常情况发生率33.99%，高风险人群624例，高风险发生率15.45% 。结论：免费孕前优生健康检查对降低出生缺陷、预防不良妊娠、促进优生优育有着十分重要的意义。我们要加大宣传力度，提高参检率，对检查异常积极干预，尽可能降低出生缺陷发生风险。 【关键词】 孕前优生；高风险；出生缺陷；干预 【中图分类号】R71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）35-0035-02 4040 cases of pregnancy eugenics health examination results free of charge in HanJiang district Zhang ping,Yangzhou HanJiang district maternity and child care Yangzhou, jiangsu province, 225012 【Abstract】Objective through to the district in accordance with policies, plans, free pregnancy pregnant couples eugenics health examination results were analyzed, and the understanding and improvement plan couples pregnancy health, prevention of birth defects in risk, improve the birth population quality. Methods October 1, 2014, 4040 cases in our district plan pregnant couples, according to the principle of informed choice, accepted the eugenics health examination before childbirth, free content includes basic information acquisition and history, couple physical examination, ultrasound examination of department of gynaecology laboratory examination and related projects. Results 1373 cases examination revealed abnormalities, 33.99% incidence of abnormal situation, high-risk population of 624 cases, the high incidence of 15.45%. Conclusion free pregnancy eugenics health check to reduce birth defects, preventing adverse pregnancy and promote eugenics has very important significance. We should intensify propaganda, improve the detection rate, to check the abnormal positive intervention, reduce the risk of birth defects happen as much as possible. 【Key words】Pregnant eugenics; High-risk; Birth defects; Intervention 孕前优生健康检查有助于了解夫妇双方健康状况，增强计划怀孕夫妇的风险意识，减少或避免不良妊娠结局，并使其得到较为全面的健康指导，有利于提高出生人口素质。
