精品论文 参考文献 造影剂在心血管疾病诊治时对肾功能及尿比重的影响 张春 张小卫 马蔓娟 石夏兰 　　（兰州大学第二医院心内科, 甘肃 兰州 730030） 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨造影剂在心血管介入诊治中对肾功能的影响以及造影剂肾病（Contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN）发生的危险因素、发病率，水化对肾功能、尿比重的影响。方法：对2014年11月与12月接受心血管介入诊治的患者进行术前、术后24H、48H、72H的血肌酐以及术前、术后1H、2H、3H、6H、24H、72H的尿样测尿比重。应用SPSS17.0软件，采取t检验及单因素方差分析进行统计学分析。结果：本研究对144例接受介入诊治的患者术前与术后血肌酐和尿比重检测结果进行分析，所有纳入病例均无任何危险因素。应用造影剂后，在水化的基础上，造影剂肾病的发生率为2.1%；造影后1-6小时尿比重较造影前增加。结论：应用造影剂进行心血管介入诊治后，在水化的基础上，造影剂肾病的发生率为2.1%。使用造影剂后尿比重较造影前有所增加，差异有统计学意义。 　　关 键 词：造影剂肾病；血肌酐；尿比重 　　The effects of contrast agent for renal function and Specific gravity in patients with cardiovascular disease 　　Zhang Chun, Zhang Xiao-wei，Ma man-juan，Shi xia-lan 　　（Department of Cardiology, The Second Hospital of Lanzhou University, Lanzhou 730030,China） 　　Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of contrast agents on renal function in cardiovascular interventional treatment and the risk factors and morbidity of contrast-induced nephropathy, the effect of hydration on renal function and urine specific gravity. Methods: measure the serum creatinine before operation and at 24h,48h,72h after operation and urine specific gravity before operation and postoperative 1h,2h,3h,6h,24h,72h in patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy in November and December, 2014. the SPSS software (version 17.0), T test and one-way analysis of variance were used for statistical analysis, Results: this research analyzed the testing result of serum creatinine and urine specific gravity with pre-operation and post-operation in 144 patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy, and all included cases had not any risk factors, After the application of contrast agents, the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy was 1.2%, as well the urine specific gravity was increased within 1-6 hours after application of contrast agents based on hydration. 　　Conclusion: Applying the contrast agent for cardiovascular interventional treatment, on the basis of hydration, the incidence of contrast nephropath
