摘 要 本建筑物是一栋16层（地下一层地上十六层）办公楼，楼总高70米，地上16层（三层以上为标准层），标准层高4.00m，其余层高5米；地下层高4m。本工程设计内容包括:室内生活给水，生活污水排水，消防给排水，自动喷淋灭火系统。 (1) 室内生活给水 本工程水源为城市自来水。本工程生活给水分三个系统，其中地下一层至地上二层为低区，由市政自来水直接给水，供水压力为：0.26Mpa，三层至八层加压中区，由水箱和中区变频调速给水设备供水，九层至十五层为加压高区,由水箱和高区变频调速给水设备供水。 （2）生活污水排水 本工程采用污，废水采用合流制，设专用通气管，室内首层及以上污水重力自流排入室外污水管，地下室污水采用潜水排污泵提升至室外污水管， 排水分两个区，首层独立排水为一个区，二至十六层为另一个区。 （3）消防给排水 设计内容包括室内消火栓系统。此建筑对消防的要求较高，必须保证消防的安全可靠，室内消火栓给水系统采用独立的消防给水系统，按《高层建筑民用设计防火规范》要求，采用两股水柱，每股流量qxh=5.2L/s，消火栓保护半径为24.6 米。系统设水泵两台。 （4）自动喷淋灭火系统 自动喷淋系统采用湿式灭火系统，每层均设自动喷淋系统 关键词：室内生活给水；生活污水排水；消防给排水；自动喷淋灭火系统； ABSTRACT The building is a 16-layer (basement floor sixteen) office building, floor, overall height 70 meters, 16 floors (more than three standard level), the standard story 4.00m, the other storey 5 meters; ground storey 4m.
