精品论文 参考文献 辅助生殖专科开展医患沟通书面形式的实施与评价 湖南省生殖医学专科医院 湖南长沙 410001 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨在辅助生殖技术中医患沟通记录的效果，履行告知义务，保障患者的知情同意权，减少医患纠纷。方法：在辅助生殖技术治疗过程中我科利用近50种医患沟通记录书面形式与患者沟通其病情、健康、治疗情况。利用面谈，书面的方式指引诊疗患者知情同意。结果：通过医患沟通记录的实施，规范了沟通的内容，解决了因医护人员临床经验不一，水平参差不齐，沟通方式不统一，提高工作效率，提高了患者的治疗信心，消除了患者焦虑、恐惧等不良心理。规避了因口头告知不清造成的医疗纠纷，降低医疗风险。结论：医患沟通记录是医患双方互利共赢的有效方法，患者及家属从中获取了医学和保健知识，医生不但解决因不同语言水平带来的问题，还能更好的提高技术水平。促进医患沟通及交流，可促使医患之间真诚合作，与此同时，医务人员可从中得到尊重，获得成就感。 　　【关键词】医患沟通记录；辅助生殖技术；医患关系；知情同意 　　[Abstract] objective：to study the effect of doctor-patient communication record in assisted reproductive technology，the performance of the inform obligation，protect the informed consent right of patients，reduce medical disputes. Methods：in the process of assisted reproductive technology treatment I colli with nearly 50 kinds of doctor-patient communication records written communication with the patients illness，health and treatment. Using interviews，written way to guide diagnosis and treatment of patients informed consent. Results：through the implementation of doctor-patient communication record，standardizes the communication content，solved due to the medical staff have different clinical experience，different levels of communication，improve work efficiency，improve the treatment of patients with confidence，eliminates the patients anxiety，such as bad psychological fear. Avoid the medical disputes caused by oral informed is not clear，reduce the medical risk. Conclusion：records of doctor-patient communication is an effective method of doctor-patient mutually beneficial win-win，the patient and family to get the medical and health care knowledge，the doctor not only solve the problems due to different language level，can better improve the level of technology. Promote the doctor-patient communication and interaction，to make sincere cooperation between doctor and patient，at the same time，the medical staff can get respect，get a sense of achievement. 　　[Key words] doctor-patient communication record；Assisted reproductive technology；T
