上模加工工艺装备设计及铣削编程.docx

摘要本课题研究的主要内容是上模加工工艺装备设计及铣削编程。主要的任务分为三个部分：机械加工工艺设计、机床夹具设计和上模的铣削编程。为了完成本课题的设计，在设计之前的准备工作必须做好，首先是搜集和分析资料，以及相关资料的的借阅。本文开篇首先对零件图进行了细致的分析并用CAD绘制。然后就对零件进行加工工艺的分析，确定毛坯的制造形式，确定毛坯尺寸大小及用AUTO CAD绘制毛坯图 。分析各加工表面加工方式，再确定加工机床型号，如华中数控机床、FANUC数控机床、加工中心等，再选择合适的刀具，计算出个表面切削参数、进给量、背吃刀量等，再确定铣削先后顺序。根据工艺分析填写工序卡片和工艺卡片。机床夹具要确定装夹方式、装夹方案等。绘制出夹具图，写清楚明细表。最后编写机床铣削编程、数控加工中心编程，用仿真软件进行仿真加工。 关键词：上模 铣削编程 加工工艺 切削参数 工序卡片 仿真加工Abstract This topic research on the main content of the mould processing equipment is designed and milling programming. Analyzing the surface processing processing method, then sure processing machine types, such as huazhong nc machine tools, FANUC nc machine tools and machining center and so on, to choose the right tools, calculating a surface cutting parameters, feeding, optimizing the back of, again sure order milling. According to the analysis of the technology process card and fill out the process card.Machine tool clamping fixture to determine the way, clamping scheme.
