人才信息管理系统 计算机科学与工程专业 学生： 指导教师： 【摘要】 当二十一世纪微笑着向我们走来，人类的文明史又一次的革命让人们相信在不久的未来，计算机终将主宰一切。短短几十年前，计算机对于人们来说还是个陌生的词，而现在，它以飞快的步伐迅速渗透到人们生活中的各个领域。它把人们从大量繁重的劳动中解脱出来。它的功能十分强大，网络和信息处理让它帮人类处理大量的问题，它已经成为人类的朋友。随着计算机的发展，计算机的主要应用已从科学计算逐渐转变为事务处理。据统计目前全世界80%以上的计算机主要从事事务处理。在进行事务处理时，并不需要进行复杂的科学计算，而是主要从事大量数据的存储、查找、统计等工作。为了有效地使用保存在计算机系统中的大量数据，必须采用一整套严密合理的数据处理方法，即数据管理。数据管理是指对数据的组织、存储、维护和使用等。数据库技术是在20世纪60年代末兴起的一种数据管理技术。数据库在英语中称为database。拆开来看，data是数据，base可译为基地。所以在通俗的意义上，数据库不妨理解为存储数据的基地。Visual FoxPro数据库是一个关系型数据库。它是微软公司根据FoxBASE发展起来的。主要用于Windows环境。由于Visual FoxPro不需要用户编程就可以建立一个面向对象的数据库应用程序，所以在众多的数据库软件中，Visual FoxPro脱颖而出，成为一种通用的数据库软件。利用visual FoxPro 6.0可以设计出丰富多彩的用户界面，在用户界面中可以放置各种控制部件，如命令按钮、图形图片、图表等，从而设计出完全图形化的界面，方便用户的操作和使用。 关键词：人才信息管理、管理系统、VFP6.0、控件编程 Talent Management System 【Abstract】When the twenty-first century smiling toward us,the history of human civilization after the revolution to make people believe in the near future,the computer will eventually dominate all.A few dozen years ago,computer for people unfamiliar words,now,quickly penetrate into it at a rapid pace in all areas of peoples lives.It freed people from the heavy labor.Its function is very powerful,networking and information processing it to help human beings deal with a lot of problems,it has become the friend of mankind.With the development of computer,computer applications from scientific computing are gradually transformed into the transaction.According to statistics, more than 80 percent of the worlds computer mainly engaged in the transaction.During the transaction,does not require complex scientific computing,but is principally engaged in the storage of large amounts of data and find and statistics.In order to effectively use large amounts of data stored in a computer system,must adopt a set of strict and reasonable approach,this is the data management.Data management refers to the data organization, s
