精品论文 参考文献 腹部外伤患者的围手术期护理体会 雅安市雨城区人民医院 四川雅安 625000 摘要：目的：观察腹部外伤患者围手术期护理效果，并对护理工作的体会进行总结。方法：随机抽取在我院接受治疗的68例腹部外伤患者作为研究对象，根据护理方法对患者进行分组，其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组患者在围手术期接受具有针对性的全面护理干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率为5.9%，明显低于对照组（26.5%）；观察组患者对护理工作的总满意率为93.1%，明显高于对照组（67.7%）；与对照组相比，观察组患者切口愈合时间、下床活动时间、住院时间较短，两组差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 对腹部外伤患者实施围术期全面护理干预服务，可有效减少并发症，对提高腹部外伤患者生活质量具有重要作用。 关键词：腹部外伤；全面护理干预；围手术期 [Abstract]Objective：To observe the effect of perioperative nursing in patients with abdominal trauma，and to summarize the experience of nursing work.Methods：randomly selected 68 cases of abdominal trauma patients treated in our hospital as the research object，according to the nursing methods of patients were divided into two groups，the control group adopted routine nursing method，the observation group received the comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period，the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.The results observation group，the postoperative complication rate was 5.9%，significantly lower than the control group（26.5%）；observation group patients to the nursing work total satisfactory rate was 93.1%，significantly higher than that in control group（67.7%）；compared with the control group，the observation of groups of patients with incision healing time，ambulation time，hospitalization time is short，the difference between the two groups significantly（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion of abdominal trauma patients with implementation of pen operation period of comprehensive nursing intervention services，which can effectively reduce the complications and to improve the quality of life in patients with abdominal trauma has an important role.
