Venue of the training workshop on EPS 1.1 The training workshop on EPS will be held in the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau (SMB) which is about 2 minutes walking from the Sports Hotel. The SMB Conference Hall has convenient facilities, including multi-media projection facilities and access to the Internet, printer, photocopier, and fax machines. 1.2 Participants are kindly requested to ware the identification badges, which they receive upon registration at all meetings and official functions 1.3 It should be noted that smoking is not allowed in the conference room. Coffee and tea will be served free of charge during the meeting breaks. Drinking water will be made available throughout the meeting hours. 2.
