烟 台 南 山 学 院 毕 业 论 文 题 目 关于沂蒙山区农产品物流配送模式的研究 姓 名： 伊 鹏 所在学院： 管理科学与工程学院 所学专业： 物流管理 班 级： 08级物流管理04班 学 号： 200805507339 指导教师： 公甜甜 完成时间： 2012年3月17日 摘 要 面对当今农业发展瓶颈已由生产领域转向流通领域的现实情况以及沂蒙山区农产品物流配送发展滞后的状况，本文意在通过优化农产品物流配送模式，解决沂蒙山区农产品配送中的问题，即“小生产”与“大市场”造成的需求分散、组织化水平低、配送成本高等问题。 本文在详细考察了沂蒙山区农产品生产、销售现状以及农产品物流配送模式的基础之上，以具体问题具体分析，实事求是的思想为指导，综合采用实证分析与规范分析法，结合了相关的物流配送方面的理论知识，通过总结、分析现状、提出模型，在阐述了沂蒙山区农产品发展现状与发展前景的基础上，系统分析了该地区农产品配送中存在的问题，并在其他国家和地区农产品物流配送模式发展的先进经验的基础上，就探索该地区农产品物流配送模式的发展进行了对策研究。 关键词：农产品；物流配送模式；区域配送中心 Abstract Nowadays,the bottleneck of agricultural development has been shifted from production fields to ciculation fields,and the logistics distribution development in Mountain Yimeng Area is still slower than other areas.On the basis of the above conditions,this thesis aims to solve the problems in the distribution of Mountain Yimeng Areas agricultural product distribution by optimizing agricultural product distribution mode,that is to say,” small-scale production”and demand caused by the “big market”scattered,low level of organization,high cost of ditribution. This paper is written on the basis of a detailed investigation of Mountain Yimeng Areas agricultural product,sales status and the current agricultural product distribution mode.Based on the concrete analysis of concrete problems, seek truth from facts thought as the instruction, uses the empirical analysis and normative analysis method, through the summary, analysis current situation, put forward a model, described in the Yimeng mountain agricultural development present situation and the prospects for development on the basis of system analysis of the region, the agricultural product logistics problems, and in other countries and district agricultural product logistics distribution model based on the advanced experience, exploration of the area agricultural product logistics distribution model dev
