精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜手术对卵巢储备功能的影响 广西桂林兴安县人民医院 541399 摘要：目的：分析腹腔镜手术对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法：回顾性分析76例行腹腔镜下良性肿瘤剥除术患者的临床资料，比较双侧手术与单侧手术患者术前及术后3个月血中LH、E2及FSH水平，以及手术后术侧及健侧卵子数、窦卵泡数及ge;14mm卵泡数。结果：单侧剥除组术前LH、E2及FSH等指标水平与手术后差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），双侧剥除组术前LH、FSH等指标水平显著高于术后，E2显著低于术后，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；单侧剥除组术后LH、E2及FSH等指标与双侧剥除组差异显著，具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；分析58例单侧剥除组患者可知，其术侧卵子数、ge;14mm卵泡数均显著高于健侧组，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05），而术侧与健侧的窦卵泡数差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术短期内会影响到卵巢的储备功能，且卵巢双侧手术会较大影响卵巢内分泌功能，单侧手术则影响较小。 关键词：腹腔镜手术；卵巢储备功能；卵巢内分泌 Abstract：Objective：to analyze the effect of laparoscopic operation on ovarian reserve function.Methods：a retrospective analysis of 76 cases of laparoscopic benign tumor stripping in patients with clinical data，comparison of bilateral 3 months operation and postoperative blood in patients with unilateral operation before and after operation in LH，E2 and FSH levels after operation，and the operation side and contralateral egg number，number of antral follicles and follicular number greater than or equal to 14mm.Results：the differences in the level of unilateral stripping operation group and preoperative LH，E2 and FSH were no statistical significance（Pgt;0.05），bilateral stripping group，preoperative LH，FSH index was significantly higher than after operation，E2 was significantly lower after operation，the difference has statistical significance（Plt;0.05）；unilateral stripping group after operation LH，E2 and FSH and other index of bilateral stripping group had significant difference，with statistical significance（Plt;0.05）；analysis of 58 cases of unilateral stripping group were known，the egg number greater than or equal to 14mm operation side，the number of follicles were significantly higher than that of the healthy side group，the difference has statistical significance（Plt;0.05），but no significant operation side and the contralateral sinus follicle number difference（Pgt;0.05）.Conclusion：laparoscopic surgery in the short term will affect the ovarian reserve function，and bilateral ovarian endocr
