中 文 摘 要 国防是国家生存与发展的重要保证，国防是随着国家的产生而产生的。是国家的防卫，是指为了捍卫国家安全与发展利益而采取的军事斗争为主的包括政治、经济、科技文化和外交等一切防卫措施的总和。国防教育是建设和巩固国防的基础，是增强民族凝聚力，提高全民素质的重要途径，也是关系国家安危兴衰的社会工程。党和国家历来重视国防教育。胡锦涛主席多次强调，要深入开展国防教育，大力弘扬爱国主义精神，增强民族自尊心，自豪感，在社会形成关心国防，热爱国防，建设国防，保卫国防的浓厚氛围。探讨我国对于社会人员的国防教育现状、现存问题及其成因，提出相关的对策建议，以期能对我国国防教育工作有所裨益。 关键词 ： 国防 社会人员 国防教育 问题与对策 Abstract The defense is an important guarantee of national survival and development, national defense is generated with the produce of the country.
