Method: using convenient sampling method, in our hospital from 2010 September to 2013 December, 100 cases of polymyositis / dermatomyositis patients were implemented based on drug therapy and routine nursing, comprehensive nursing intervention. And carries on the investigation to the comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with psychological change and the quality of life. Results: all patients with SAS PM/DM disease score in negative mental state to moderate anxiety, with treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention of anxiety scores than before intervention (P lt; 0.01), quality of life scores were higher than those before intervention (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the quality of life in patients with polymyositis / dermatomyositis increases.
