精品论文 参考文献 精细护理路径对急性胃炎患者健康知识掌握程度及并发症的影响 (商丘市第一人民医院护理部质控室 河南商丘 476100) [摘要] 目的:探讨精细护理路径对急性胃炎患者健康知识掌握程度及并发症的影响。方法:选择我院收治的急性胃炎患者50例，采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组，各25例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施精细护理路径干预。比较两组患者临床情况、并发症及满意度。结果:护理后观察组的禁食时间、住院时间均短于对照组，而健康知识掌握程度优于对照组，相比差异显著（P＜0.05）；护理干预后，对照组并发症的总发生率为32.00%，明显高于观察组的8%，差异显著（P＜0.05）；护理干预后，对照组满意率为64.00%，明显低于观察组的96.00%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:对急性胃炎患者实施精细护理路径可以有效缩短患者的住院时间，加强患者健康知识的掌握程度，提高患者的满意度。 [关键词] 精细护理路径；急性胃炎；健康知识；并发症 Effect of Fine nursing pathway for patients with acute gastritis health knowledge and mastery of complications Zhang Yingli (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital Department of Nursing Quality Control room Shangqiu 476100) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of the fine nursing pathway for patients with acute gastritis health knowledge and mastery of complications. Methods: In our hospital, 50 patients with acute gastritis, using a random number table divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases. The control group received routine care, the implementation of sophisticated nursing pathway intervention in the observation group. Clinical cases were compared, complications and satisfaction. Results: Fasting time nursing observation group hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, while the health knowledge level than the control group, a significant difference compared (P lt;0.05); after nursing intervention, the overall incidence of complications in the control group was 32.00%, significantly higher than the 8% of the observation group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05); after nursing intervention control group satisfaction rate 64.00%, significantly lower than the 96.00% of the observation group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05) .
