精品论文 参考文献 积极心理学对2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者护理的应用分析 （新疆医科大学第一附属医院 新疆乌鲁木齐 830011） 　　【摘要】 目的：将积极心理学的理念和知识贯穿于Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肺结核患者日常护理中，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：将符合Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肺结核诊断标准的患者随机分成试验组（86例）与对照组（86例），对照组采用常规治疗及护理，试验组基于常规治疗及护理的同时给予积极心理学干预。运用降糖疗效判定标准和Morisky 问卷进行评价。结果：经积极心理护理干预后, 试验组总有效率为83.72％，高于对照组（76.74％）；试验组较观察组的患者其痰菌转阴、血糖控制情况，患者回访情况及用药依从性、并发症预防情况、定期复查情况显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05） 结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病合并肺结核患者予以积极心理学干预能显著改善患者的情绪状态，改变其应对方式，从心理上能够正确认识疾病并积极配合治疗。 　　【关键词】 2型糖尿病合并肺结核；积极心理学；应用分析 　　【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）10-0188-03 　　Preliminary Study on Positive Psychology on the Nursing of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical value of positive psychology in the nursing care of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods To conform to the patients of type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group ,and the control group with conventional therapy and nursing, the experimental group takes positive psychology method, routine treatment and nursing. Results The sputum negative conversion, focus absorption, glycemic control had been more effectively restored in the experimental group than in the observation group of patients. After taking the positive psychological nursing intervention, the condition of returning visit and medication compliance had been improved significantly.Conclusion Offering positive psychological intervention to patients with type Ⅱdiabetes combined with pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the patients emotional state, change their coping style,from the psychological to correctly understand the disease and actively cooperate with treatment. 　　【Key words】Type Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis; Positive Psychology; Analysis of nursing effect 　　早在1694年，Mor-ton首先提出糖尿病并发结核病的问题，认为肺结核
