精品论文 参考文献 江苏大学毕业论文三稿握力器在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术后的应用研究 徐州市第一人民医院心内一科（江苏徐州，221002） 　　彭龙华） 　　【摘要】 目的:探讨冠心病经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗(TRI)术后应用握力器进行术侧手部锻炼以减轻肿胀程度的护理效果。方法:将2015年1-6月收住的140例冠心病拟行TRI术的患者分为实验组和对照组.实验组TRI术后在常规护理的基础上利用握力器进行手部功能锻炼；对照组采用徒手握拳的方式进行手部功能锻炼。结果:实验组患者TRI术后(拔鞘管后)6h术侧上肢腕掌部疼痛评分、术侧示指根部指围的肿胀值均低于对照组(Plt;0．05)，而两组患者术侧示指指端末梢动脉血氧饱和度(Sa02)的波动值及出血情况变化不明显(Pgt;0．05)。结论：应用握力器对TRI术后患者进行锻炼，能减轻患者TRI术后术侧肢体腕掌部的疼痛感和肿胀度，又不增加出血的机率。对保证冠心病患者TRI术后护理质量与安全具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】经皮冠状动脉介入治疗； 桡动脉；握力器 　　Grips in the radial artery coronary artery interventional postoperative application research 　　PENG Long-hua, Department 1 of cardiaovascular ,the first peoples hospital of Xuzhou, 221002,CHINA 　　【abstract】 Objective:To discuss the nursing effects of the exercise to practice operation side by using hand grips after the coronary heart disease (CHD) through radial artery coronary artery intervention (TRI).Methods: Divide140 cases of TRI surgery patients disease in our hospital scince June1,2015,into intervention group and control group.Intervention group TRI with the conventional nursing use grips to take functional exercise;The control group use bare hands clenched fists in the way take functional exercise. Results: Intervention group patients postoperative TRI (sheath tube pull) after 6 h operation side arms wrist metacarpus pain score and side, the circumference of swelling in the index finger root is lower than that of the control group (Plt;0.05).However, the end in side of patients of peripheral arterial blood oxygen saturation (Sa02) and fluctuation of bleeding donrsquo;t change obviously (Pgt;0.05).Conclusion: Application of TRI grips postoperative patients to exercise, can reduce TRI postoperative patients withwrist metacarpal side limb pain and swelling degree, not increasing the risk of bleeding. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of TRI postoperative nursing quality for patients with coronary artery disease. 　　【 key words 】 percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy; R
