精品论文 参考文献 武威市城镇居民健康状况调查及健康干预措施的对策研究分析 武威肿瘤医院 甘肃武威 733000 摘要：目的 掌控武威市城镇居民健康状况，建立健康干预措施评价机制。方法 依据医院体检中心的资料分析影响我市城镇居民的主要慢病疾病谱种类。选取高危个体作为干预组，实施为期一年的健康干预，进行健康评估评价分析。结果 武威市城镇居民健康状况相对较好，但仍有不健康或亚健康因素存在。通过健康干预措施的实施，干预组和对照组信息采集结果为：干预组高指标危险人群的疾病谱发病率呈下降趋势，对照组呈上升趋势。结论 针对高危人群主要行为危险因素设计群体健康教育和促进方案，进行群体和个体相结合的干预措施，从而提升健康管理目标，营造并形成健康支持环境，帮助慢病高危人群重塑健康行为。 关键词：城镇居民；健康状况；健康措施；武威 The Analysis of Countermeasures of Health Intervention-measures and The Investigation of Health Conditions about Wuwei Cityrsquo;s Urban Residents/YANG Hui，LUO Binz-hi，WANG Jian-ying//Chinese Primary Health Care，2015，29（8）： Abstract Objective To understand and to control health conditions of Wuwei urban residents，and to set up evaluation-mechanism of the health intervention-measures.Methods According to MECrsquo;s analysis about main chronic diseases category which can effect my cityrsquo;s urban residents to select high-risksrsquo;cases as intervention-group and to implement 1 yearrsquo;s health intervention，then to do health evaluation and analysis.Results The health condition of Wuwei cityrsquo;s residents is relatively well，but，some no-health and sub-health causes always exist yet.By through implementation of intervention measures，the results of interventionrsquo;group and un-interventionrsquo;group are that the super-norms and high-risksrsquo;population of intervention-group is in descent tendency and occurring rate of diseasesrsquo;category is in uptrend.Conclusion Devising popular health education and promoting program against main behaviors of high-risksrsquo;population and proceeding popular and individual intervention measures，thereby promoting health manage goal，building and forming health sustaining circumstance，and helping chronic high-risksrsquo; population to rebuild health behaviors.
