Additionally, it highlights which lead to subsequent improvement in social functioning. Cognitive rehabilitation is now being commonly included in treatment of schizophrenic patients with cognitive impairment or cognitive deficit. Hence, it is very important to have empirical data on the efficacy of these programs, data which is not always readily available in current literature.
