With the economic globalization and trade integration, English is not only regarded as an instrument of records the culture and history of British, but a tool of international communication. It is no longer just for a country or a nation, but gradually developed into a neutral information media. In the process of English accelerated globalization will definitely bring English nativization. Therefore, English with Chinese local features -- China English emerge as the times require. While in the process of China English standardization Chinglish-- as an interlanguage inevitably appeared.
