Because information management is an evolving new discipline,so if a company want to survive, to organize the internal activities efficently and organically, it must establish its own characteristics whitch compatible with the Information Management System.  Currently, management in the university classes is based on the class attendance of student,but in the current university management this model has exposed many shortcomings. The system adopts the struct mode of C/S, it can be used to reduce the burden of teachers, as well as to improve the rate of student attendance and strengthen the management of students. The system is not only easy to use, but also could be developed quickly without more human and other resources,and lower requirement on the hardware and software could meet the need of system arrangement,it also very convenient to use. The class attendance system is developed with .NET + ACCESS, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 as the software development environment. Because C # is safe, stable, simple, and elegant, so the system uses C # language as a front-end application development tool. Data storage capacity of this system is not large, so access database is enough to meet the requirements. And Access also has the significant feature of simple, therefore the system uses Access as the background database, fully using the advantages of C # and Access, and using WINDOWS_XP as the platform which makes the system more perfect.
