精品论文 参考文献 我院2015年门诊处方专项检查与评价 华润武钢总医院药科 湖北 430080 　　摘要：目的：重点监测和评价我院门诊大金额处方用药的现状，对抗菌药物（品种、分级、用量等）、辅助用药、能量补充用药等不合理使用或存在明显配伍禁忌的处方、进行重点检查与评价，切实减轻患者的经济负担，促进合理用药，保障患者用药安全，提高医疗服务质量，防范医疗风险。方法：所用的处方来源于我院2015年7月～2016年8月大金额处方，处方药品总额200元以上400元以下者按20%比例进行抽检，药品总额400元以上的处方全部检查，抽查出不合理大金额处方进行点评。结果：抽检处方药品总额200元以上400元以下的处方共1027张，合理处方占96.88%。不合理处方占3.12%：抽检处方药品总额400元以上的处方共174张，合理的处方占95.4%。不合理处方占4.60%。不合理处方中抗菌药物使用不合理占77.42%。结论：通过2009年大处方检查与评价，提高了临床医师合理用药水平，特别是提高抗菌药物的合理应用水平，保障患者用药安全，为提高医院医疗质量提供了基础。 　　关键词：门诊处方；处方评价；合理用药；抗菌药物 　　Special inspection and evaluation of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2015 　　Jun Wu 　　（Huarun pharmaceutical Wuhan General Hospital，Hubei 430080） 　　[Abstract]Objective：to monitor and evaluate the current situation of large amount of prescription drugs in our hospital，and to evaluate the antimicrobial agents.A，grading，etc.），amount of auxiliary medicine and energy supplement medication on inspection and evaluation of irrational use or obvious incompatibility，prescription，and effectively reduce the economic burden of the patients，promote the rational use of drugs to protect the safety of patients，improve medical service quality，prevent medical risk.Methods：the origin of prescription in our hospital from July 2015 August 2016 the amount of total prescription，prescription drugs 200 yuan and 400 yuan to 20% the proportion of sampling，400 yuan more than the total amount of prescription drugs all inspection，checking out the unreasonable amount of prescription comments.Results：the total amount of prescription drugs sampling 400 yuan more than 200 yuan of the following 1027 prescriptions，a reasonable prescription accounted for 96.88%.Irrational prescriptions accounted for 3.12%：400 yuan more than the total amount of prescription drugs sampling 174 yuan，a reasonable prescription accounted for 95.4%.Irrational prescriptions accounted for 4.60%.Irrational use of antibiotics in irrational prescriptions accounted for 77.42%.Conclusion：through the examination and evalua
