精品论文 参考文献 慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁状态的中医病机探讨 赵喜颖 张北平 杨四萍 　　（广东省中医院大院脾胃病科 广东 广州 510120） 　　【摘要】 慢性胃炎是消化系统的常见病，发病率高，慢性迁延病程，使用常规治疗方法效果欠佳。随着生活节奏的加快，人们精神压力逐渐增大，患者往往出现焦虑、抑郁等精神症状，在治疗过程中失去耐心和决心，如此又加重了慢性胃炎的症状。患者反复就医，严重影响着患者的生活质量。深入探究慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁状态的中医病机，对本病的治疗具有重要意义。慢性胃炎病位在胃，其主要病机为：①心失神主；②肝失疏泄；③脾失健运；在慢性胃炎伴焦虑抑郁状态的辨证施治中，注意宁心安神、疏肝和胃、助脾健运方可取得事半功倍的疗效。 　　【关键词】 慢性胃炎；焦虑；中医；病机 　　【中图分类号】R256.3 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）23-0343-02 　　Study on the Chinese medicine pathogenesis of chronic gastritis with anxiety and depression 　　Zhao Xiying,Zhang Beiping,Yang Siping,Department of Gastroenterology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou ,510120,China. 　　【Abstract】Chronic gastritis (CG) of the digestive system common disease, frequently occurring disease, because of its course of chronic persistent, conventional treatment effect unsatisfactory, and fierce competition in modern society, the quickening pace of life, peoples mental pressure, patients are often accompanied by anxiety, depression and other psychiatric symptoms, lost patience and determination of treatment so aggravated the symptoms of chronic gastritis.Patients with repeated medical treatment, a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. Thorough inquiry Chinese medicine pathogenesis of chronic gastritis with anxiety and depression.
