唐 山 学 院 毕 业 设 计 设计题目：板材厚度在线监测系统设计 系 别：_________________________ 班 级：_________________________ 姓　 　名：_________________________ 指 导 教 师：_________________________ 2009年6月10 日 板材厚度在线监测系统设计 摘要 在板材生产过程中板材厚度在线监测具有非常重要的意义。虚拟仪器是测控系统的主要发展方向。本文研究了基于LabVIEW开发平台的虚拟仪器构建方法，并结合实际课题，开发板材厚度在线监测系统。 全文论述了虚拟仪器的发展和特点，板材厚度监测技术的现状，指出了板材厚度在线监测系统项目研究的重要性。从需求分析入手，构建了板材在线监测系统的总体方案，进行了板材厚度在线监测系统的硬件选型。最后应用基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器构建方法开发了板材厚度在线监测软件系统。系统能够满足板材厚度在线监测的常用要求，并具有结构模块化、功能扩展性好的特点。 关键词: 虚拟仪器 厚度监测 LabVIEW 硬件平台 The Design of System for Monitoring Sheet Thickness Online Abstract Sheet thickness monitoring system for the design of online has great significance in the plate-line monitoring of the production process. Virtual instrument measurement is the main developed direction of control system. In this paper it introuduces the approach of constructing virtual instrumentation on the LabVIEW development platform, and develops Sheet thickness monitoring system for the design of online with practical issues. The development and characteristics of the virtual instrument are introuduced in the full text, meanwhile there is the status of Sheet metal thickness monitoring technology, and pointing out that the importance of the project of the thickness of the plate-line monitoring system. From the needs analysis, constructing the overall program of the plate-line monitoring system, then selecting the hardware of Sheet thickness monitoring system for the design of online. Finally, it develops Sheet thickness-line monitoring software systems on the application of virtual instrument based on LabVIEW build methods. System meets the common requirements of the sheet metal thickness of online monitoring, and has the characteristics of structure modular and good extension.
