摘 要 随着科技的不断发展，办公自动化系统在技术和应用上都得到了更高层次的发展，并成为现代社会的重要标志。企业办公自动化系统作为信息化建设的重点之重，不仅能改善企业办公条件与环境，减轻工作人员负担，提高办公质量和工作效率，而且能加快企业管理工作规范化、科学化、网络化的进程。  针对社会企业化办公业务的要求，运用.NET开发技术，采用Browser/Server(浏览器/服务器)模式，建立一个基于Web的企业办公自动化系统。本系统实现了用户登陆，员工信息管理，公告管理，上传下载文件管理等功能。其中,个人管理模块用于建立工作计划，用户可以对自己的计划进行添加删除和查询，还可以对计划的重要程度，完成与否进行设置，实现个人信息的管理功能。部门和用户管理模块为用户提供所处部门及个人信息的管理功能。活动目录模块使用户能及时查看所有活动和项目，方便用户参加活动和安排活动；并且在此模块用户还能够实现在线用户间的信息交流。通讯录模块主要是建立一个个人通讯录，用户可以对自己通讯录中的联系人资料进行添加，删除和查询，还可以对不同的联系人进行分组，方便查看。 关键词：B/S模式C#.NET，信息管理办公自动化系统?A With the continuous development of science and technology, office automation systems and applications in technology have been a higher level of development and become an important symbol of modern society.
