基于J2EE的学生满意度调查系统的设计与实现万阳（江西理工大学软件学院，江西 南昌 330000）摘要：在互联网技术越来越发达的今天，人类生活也开始越来越依赖网络。人与人之间的交流也更多的是在网络上进行实时性的交流，网络问卷答题也被越来越多的人所使用和认可。网络问卷答题不仅可以节省各种资源的浪费， 也可以提高效率，可谓一举多得。而在高校之中，学生满意度调查也被提上了课题之中。了解高校教育服务学生满意度不仅可以看出学生对在校学习的态度与倾向，而且可以从一个侧面反映 出学校相关工作的绩效及需要改进的方向。做好学生满意度的调查研究，可以从学生满意的角度，在一定程 度上反映出高校自身所存在的问题，为学校的发展提供数据参考和决策依据。因此，高校教育服务学生满意 度调查是高校发展的客观要求。目前，所有高等学校的校园网已建成，但利用校园网进行学生满意度调查的却很少。利用网络进行高校教育服务学生满意度调查，不仅能实时获取高校的调查反馈信息，且使评价更加科学规范，同时也可以提高校园网的利用率，促进高校的信息化进程。在JAVA运用技术最广泛的今天，在JAVA的基础上开发高校学生满意度调查便应运而生。基于J2EE的高校学生满意度调查系统无疑是当前最符合学生需要和教师需求的软件系统。关键词：JAVA；满意度调查；J2EE Abstract:Nowadays, the Internet technology is becoming more and more advanced, and the human life is becoming more and more dependent on the Internet. Communication between people is also more in the network for real-time communication, network questionnaire answer is also more and more people are using and recognition. Network questionnaire answer not only can save a waste of resources, but also can improve efficiency, can be described as multiple. In Colleges and universities,students satisfaction survey has been put on the topic.Understanding the students satisfaction of college education service not only can see the students attitude towards learning, but also can reflect the performance of the school related work and the direction of improvement. The survey of student satisfaction can be satisfied from the perspective of students, to a certain extent, reflects the problems of the university itself, to provide the data reference and decision-making basis for the development of the school. Therefore, the investigation of the students satisfaction of college education service is an objective requirement for the development of colleges and universities. At present, all colleges and universities have built campus network, but the use of campus network to carry out a survey of students satisfaction is very few.
