摘要企业成长路径决策是一项复杂的系统工程，涉及到企业战略管理的理论和实践。面对不断加剧的市场竞争，企业要想抓住有利市场机遇，在竞争中获取竞争优势，必须制出适合企业发展的战略规划，选择适合企业资源条件的成长路径，从而实现企业总体目标。本文以企业战略管理理论、组织发展与转型理论、企业发展模式理论和企业成长理论等为依据，运用波特五力模型、7-S模型和战略定位等分析工具，结合装饰行业市场态势，对NH公司内外环境进行了深入分析，提出了NH公司发展思路，发展定位、发展目标和发展路径，以及相应战略措施。研究认为，NH公司谋求长期生存和持续发展的可行路径是融合互联技术，优化业务结构，整合社会资源，提升资质水平。保障该路径有效实施的主要对策是：稳步调整业务结构和积极培育新增长点；加强资本运营和优化资本结构；建立适应公司发展要求的组织结构和管理机制；加强人才培养和人力资源管理；加大科技创新力度和推动技术发展；以及推进公司文化建设。关键词：装饰行业；业务优化；公司战略；发展路径1AbstractBusiness Growth routing decision is a complicated systematic project, involving the theory and practice of strategic management. Faced with growing competition in the market, companies want to seize market opportunities and gain a competitive advantage in the competition, you must make a strategic plan for the development of enterprises, enterprise resource conditions to choose the path of growth, in order to achieve the companys overall goals.In this paper, corporate strategic management theory, organizational development and transformation theory, enterprise development and business growth model theory as the theoretical basis for the use of Porters five forces model, 7-S model and strategic positioning and other analytical tools, combined with the market trend decoration industry, for NH company conducted in-depth analysis of internal and external environment, the company proposed the development of ideas NH, development orientation, development goals and development path, and the corresponding strategic measures.Studies suggest that, NH company seeking long-term survival and sustainable development is the integration of Internet technology feasible path, optimize business structure, integration of social resources, improve qualification levels.
