The living standards have improved, and the demand of the entertainment needs a high level. Because of the difference in culture and language among different countries,the work of translation become more difficult. The translation level of film subtitle in China on low level, the audiences can not appreciate the films very well. Thereby, people can not give high praise to those films which have not good film subtitle. Obviously, the film subtitle is quite important to the film, influencing the audiences feeling to the film. This thesis makes an attempt to provide a case study of Captain America: Civil Warfrom the perspective of Skopostheorie.
