咸阳市秦都区污水处理厂计算书 给水排水工程专业毕业设计 毕业论文.doc

摘要 本设计根据设计任务书的处理水质要求，运用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺对咸阳市秦都区城市生活污水进行处理，使污水出水水质达到回用标准。 处理工艺由4部分构成，第一部分是由格栅及曝气沉砂池组成的物理处理系统，第二部分是以卡鲁塞尔氧化沟和二沉池等构筑物组成的生物处理系统，第三部分是由滤池和接触池组成的三级处理工艺。第四部分是污泥处理系统，二沉池的污泥经污泥泵抽送至浓缩池浓缩，然后送入脱水间经带式压滤机脱水后外运。 设计中对整个水处理流程的各主体构筑物如格栅、曝气沉砂池、卡鲁塞尔氧化沟、辐流式二沉池、接触池等进行了系统、详细的设计计算和说明。理论上给出了这个流程中BOD、COD、SS的去除率及脱氮除磷的效率。同时绘制了工艺中各处理构筑物的结构图；结合咸阳市秦都区当地的地形、风向和设计规范，对污水处理厂进行平面布置和高程计算，从而系统地确定各处理构筑物在工艺中相对位置和标高。最后对污水厂的提升泵站进行了系统深入的设计计算，绘制了泵房系统结构图。 设计成果主要有：设计说明书，计算书，图纸6张：平面图，高程图、泵站及各处理构筑物结构图。 关键词：城市污水 物理处理 卡鲁塞尔氧化沟 污泥处理 Abstract The carrousel oxidation ditch is made to treat the municipal sewage of Qindu District of Xianyang city in this design, the effluent is made to reach the reuse Standards for Wastewater Discharge. There are four parts in the craft. The first part is the physical treatment system which is consist of grid and the sand pond. The second part is the biological treatment system, which is composed by the carrousel oxidation ditch and the second sink pond. The third part is the tertiary treatment, which is composed by the filter and contact tank. The fourth part is the sludge treatmentment system. The surplus sludge of the second sink pond is handed over to concentrating pond by sludge pump station. Then it is sent into the dehydrate room to dehydrate by the dehydrate machine, and being transported out at the last. The major content of this design is about the calculation and introduction of main structures such as pump station, grille, sand pond, the carrousel oxidation ditch, contact tank etc, in detail and systematically. The removal efficiency of BOD, COD, SS, nitrification and phosphorus are given in theory. At the same time the?frame Chart of treatment structures in the process are drawn. The calculation of plane figure and elevation of the wastewater treatment plant are done according to the design standardization, and the landform, wind direction?of Qindu District of Xiangyang city, So as to identify the relative locations of treatment structures in the process systema
