本科毕业论文(设计) 题 目：社区零售商业发展思路和经营策略研究 学 院： 工商管理学院 专 业： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2015年 5 月 8 日 社区零售商业发展思路和经营策略研究 摘要 社区零售商业，是一种贴近社区，以便民、利民，满足和促进居民综合消费为目标的属地型商业,其对居民的日常生活而言意义重大，它直接影响居民的生活质量。但近年来宏观上我国经济回落，消费下滑，零售业面临寒冬，社区零售商业也不例外。本文通过对国内外相关文献资料研究，掌握我国社区零售商业的发展现状和存在的各种问题，即我国社区零售商业发展空间大，有潜力但发展滞后、效率低下，仍处于混乱无序状态。针对以上问题，提出合理化且具体的经营策略指导其健康发展。社区零售商业要想在激烈和复杂的商业竞争中生存下来，必须解决以上问题同时跟上时代的发展，结合互联网思维，提供智慧服务，满足居民不同层次和多样化的需求，迎接大数据时代的到来。 【关键词】 社区零售商业 零售业现状 经营策略 智慧服务 ABSTRACT Community retail business, is a kind of close to the community, in order to convenient and beneficial to meet residents and promote the comprehensive consumer type as the target of business, it is of great significance for residents daily life, it directly affects the quality of life of residents.
