My Point of Freedom Last year, a friend recommended me a fitness APP, named keep. It is interesting, fascinating, and could make a exercise schedule for me. So I started to do exercise by following the videos. But when time gone by, I found it was so hard to insist on one thing, because sweating and struggling would never be more comfortable than play your mobile-phone lying on bed, blowing air-condition.The slogan of this APP is that self-discipline gives me freedom. I could not understand it until I met Yu. The first impression she gave me was flawless. She is beautiful, healthy, having good shape and lively. She was good at tennis and basketball, what made her to be a number of the Womens basketball team in school. What’s more, she had climbed all of the Five Mountains. And what most surprised me was that she was an still model. I admired her, because she had done the things what I long for. But one day, Yu told me that she was fat,weak and negative ever before. But she desired to be a model, she want to be a perfect girl. So she stuck to do exercise everyday, nobody knows the painful she had suffered. she told me loudly that nowadays she had the ability to do what she wanted to. Do you have a good vision and strong physique when you want to be a pilot. Do you have the spirit of research and creativity when you want to be a scientist. Or do you have money when you want to buy a beautiful sea view villa. What is freedom, to put it simply, freedom is that you can do what you want to. In the first place you must have the ability to do it. Self-discipline and efforts can urge you to achieve this kind of ability. If you want to have good vision, you have to pay attention to protect your eyes all the time, not watching TV or your mobile-phone too long, stopping using your eyes even you are really curious to the end of the TV play.
