对于广州市部分地区蔬果农药残留的检测和思考 广州市执信中学吴诗凝、邱鸿达、李润泽、陈婉仪、黄绮然、吴乐施，指导老师：苏慧勤 【摘要】 摘要 喷洒农药是一种防治害虫的化学手段，能有效保护农作物不被破坏，保证收成，有利于农业的发展。但是，农药作为化学品，本身具有毒性，残留在农作物中的农药会对人体健康造成危害。因此，检测我们所食用的蔬菜是否安全是有必要的。 为了研究我们生活中所接触的蔬菜是否含有残余农药，我们选取了位于……（菜市场）的十组样品（1菠菜2小白菜3西洋菜4水芹菜5白菜6油麦菜7韭菜8西芹菜9圆椒（青）10圆椒（红）），每组取5g并剪成1cm左右见方碎片出5g，利用农药速测卡（对农药高度敏感的胆碱酯酶和显色剂做成的酶试纸）进行检测。我们采用分组实验的方法，将采集到的不同菜市场不同品种的样品分成十组分别进行检测，实验的结果是其中西洋菜、西芹菜两组样品检测到有农药残余，另有两组结果待定。这个实验结果从一个侧面说明广州市部分地区市场上流通的蔬菜的农药残留情况不容乐观。 关键词：农药、农业、农药速测卡、胆碱酯酶 、蔬菜 Abstract: Spraying of pesticides is a chemical process of pest control .It can effectively protect crops from being destroyed, to ensure that harvest, and was used of agricultural development. However, as chemical pesticides, is itself is toxic .The pesticide which residues in crops may cause harm to human health. So it is necessary for us to detect whether the vegetables we eat are safe or not. In order to study whether the vegetables we eat in our daily life contain pesticide residues, we selected ten sets of samples in the vegetable market. (1 spinach 2 cabbage 3 watercress 4 water celery 5 Chinese cabbage 6 lettuce 7chives 8 west celery 9 green pepper 10 red pepper）Each taking about 5g and cut into 1cm square pieces of 5g. Then use test papers which are for rapid determination of pesticide residues (the paper is highly sensitive to pesticides and cholinesterase enzyme reagent) to detect them. We use the method of grouping experiments ， the collected samples of different varieties of vegetable market divided into ten different groups were tested. The results of the experiment is that the watercress, the west celery were detected to contain pesticide residue. Another two sets of results is to be determined. The result told us that the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables in some areas of Guangzhou is unoptimistic.
