精品论文 参考文献 CT诊断结肠癌致肠梗阻的价值分析 长沙市望城区人民医院 湖南长沙 410200 【摘 要】目的：探究在结肠癌所致肠梗阻患者的临床诊断中CT诊断的应用价值。方法：2014年8月至2016年2月期间，我院外科接受诊治的结肠癌致肠梗阻患者72例，患者均通过病理检查确诊，同时在患者进行手术治疗前均进行腹部的X线片检查和CT检查，对比两组患者的临床检测结果相对应的诊断准确性。结果：患者术前的CT检查的肠梗阻诊断准确性为94.44％（68/72），而X线片的诊断准确率为65.28％（47/72），患者应用CT诊断的准确性明显高于X线片诊断，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05）。同时患者术前CT检查出有结肠癌患者72例，准确率为100.0％，而X线片检查确诊的患者11例，比率为15.28％，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05）。结论：在结肠癌致肠梗阻患者的临床诊断治疗过程中结合CT诊断能够提高患者的诊断准确性，为患者的临床治疗提供参考依据，值得在临床诊断中推广应用。 【关键词】CT诊断；结肠癌；肠梗阻；价值分析 CT diagnosis of colon cancer with obstruction of Value Analysis Kuang Army Wang Changsha City District Peoples Hospital，Changsha 410200 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical diagnosis of colon cancer due to the value of CT in patients with intestinal obstruction diagnosis.Methods：August 2014-February 2016 period，our hospital 72 cases accepted surgical diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer patients，patients were pathologically confirmed，while the patients before surgery were subjected to X-ray examination of the abdomen and CT examination，clinical test results comparing two groups of patients corresponding diagnostic accuracy.Results：The diagnostic accuracy of intestinal obstruction in patients with preoperative CT examination was 94.44%（68/72），and X-ray diagnostic accuracy rate of 65.28%（47/72），patients with CT diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than that X-ray diagnosis，the difference was statistically significant in line with evaluation criteria（P lt;0.05）.Meanwhile preoperative CT examination of 72 patients with colon cancer，the accuracy rate was 100.0%，while patients with X-ray examination confirmed 11 cases，the ratio was 15.28%，the difference was statistically significant in line with evaluation criteria（P lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment process can improve the diagnostic accuracy of CT diagnosis of patients，to provide reference for the clinical
