软性角膜接触镜联合羊膜填塞治疗角膜穿孔的临床观察 李佳林 沈志斌 【摘要】目的　探讨角膜穿孔行羊膜填塞后佩戴软性角膜接触镜的临床疗效。方法　对2008年1月至2015年1月达州市中心医院收治的26例角膜穿孔患者给予新鲜羊膜移植。采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组，术后14例予以软性角膜接触镜佩戴者为观察组，12例不予以软性角膜接触镜佩戴者为对照组，比较两组术后视力、前房深浅，眼压、羊膜吸收程度、角膜瘢痕形成、眼部症状、晶状体等情况。结果 术后3d,观察组与对照组26例患者均前房形成。观察组羊膜覆盖良好，刺激症状轻；对照组2例患者术后早期刺激症状加重，羊膜溶解。术后3个月观察组羊膜全部吸收，穿孔修复、瘢痕形成，视力提高；对照组羊膜全部吸收，2例患者再次出现穿孔。结论 羊膜填塞治疗角膜穿孔后佩戴软性角膜接触镜能更好的促进角膜穿孔的修复。 【关键词】：角膜穿孔；羊膜；软性角膜接触镜 The clinical observation of soft corneal contact lens after amniotic plugging to treat corneal?perforation 作者单位：1. 635000 达州市中心医院眼科 ：，ail: 931198126@ Li Jialin,Shen Zhibin.
