学兔兔 Apr．2009 铸 造 FOUNDRY ·387· VO1．58 No．4 硅对高铬铸铁热处理硬度的影响 高宗为 (浙江机电职业技术学院机械系，浙江杭州310053) 摘要：研究了硅对高铬铸铁在退火状态和淬火状态下的宏观硬度的影响，发现在常规退火状态、奥氏体转变不完全的 情况下，随硅的降低，退火硬度提高；在完全退火状态、保证奥氏体充分转变的情况下，随硅的降低，材料的退火硬 度则降低，在硅含量小于0．5％时，只要进行充分退火，材料的退火硬度很低，具有优异的切削加工性能，对高铬铸铁 的开拓应用具有重要意义，同时在淬火状态下，低硅高铬铸铁也比高硅高铬铸铁具有更高的硬度，并以金属结构的观 点对这种现象进行了理论解释和机理分析。 关键词：高铬铸铁；硅；热处理；硬度 中图分类号：TG251．2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001—4977(2009)04—0387—04 Effect of Silicon on Hardness of High Chromium Cast Iron Af【er Heat Treatment GAO Zong—wei (Department of Mechanical Engineering，Zhejiang Institute of MechanicalElectrical Engineering Hangzhou 31 0053，Zhejiang，China) Abstract：The macro．hardness test on high chromium cast iron shows that under the condition of common anneaI and incomplete transformation of austenitic stee1．the hardness was enhanced with the content of silicon decrease．Under the condition of complete annealing and the austenitic steel fulI transformation．the hardness of the cast iron was reduced with the decrease of silicon content． When the silicon content iS under the 0．5％，sO far as the materiaIiS annealed completely，the Iower hardness can be gained；therefore the nicer machining character iS Obtained．At the same time， under the condition of quenching．the hardness of high chromium cast iron with Iow silicon content iS higher than the one with high silicon content．The phenomena were explained according to metaI structure theory．The results are important for widening the market of high chromium cast iron． Key words：high chrOmium cast jron；sili
