The former sprayed weld layer needs to be rewelded and recovered with fine grinding. 2、 加工新指梁气缸 Make a new pipe finger cylinder. 测绘原气缸各尺寸，用同材质材料制作新气缸共50个。 Measure former cylinder dimensions and make fifty new cylinders with the same material. 施工方案 Work Plan 1、 重力接头修理 Gravity connector repair 重力接头公头的密封面进行测量，并记录相应尺寸；尺寸；ф133.2mm; Measure the sealing surface of the male gravity connector and record related dimensions. Dimension: ф133.2mm; 根据公头密封面损坏情况，采取退去原喷焊层后重新用激光焊。进行填充修复， Reuse laser welding after removing the former sprayed welding layer based on damage condition of sealing surface of male connector.
