摘 要 摘 要 党中央在十六届四中全会上明确提出了在社会主义初级阶段要构建社会主 义和谐社会的目标与任务。即在我国建立 “民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充 满活力、安全有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。”力求实现社会和谐，建设美好 现代社会，实现党的追求与人民的梦寐以求的心愿。 我国还处于社会主义初级阶段。在这一特殊时期，大学生肩负的是建设中国 特色社会主义、实现祖国繁荣以及民族复兴的历史使命。大学生是祖国的希望、 民族的未来。可以这样说，当代大学生的社会责任感的有无以及强烈与否，除了 直接关系他们个人自身全面成长以外，还将直接关系着中国特色的社会主义的强 国梦想能否实现，关系着我国国家富强、民族振兴的历史进程。因此，对当代大 学生进行社会责任感的教育是必要并且具有非常积极的意义的。对于要怎样培育 当代大学生的社会责任感，是当前党和国家领导人、专家、学者等都非常关心与 重视的一个现实问题。本文将就培养大学生的社会责任感的实际情况，探讨和谐 社会条件下，大学生的社会责任感及其培育现状、特点，找出存在的问题，分析 问题形成的原因，并结合实际，提出切实可行的、针对当代大学生实际的培育建 议和对策，旨在使整个社会加强对这一问题的关注，从而促进社会和谐。 本文将通过文献研究法、数据分析法、问卷调查法、以及访谈法等形式，对 现代社会大学生的社会责任感的相关问题开展调查研究，找出大学生的社会责任 感及其培育过程中存在的问题并进行透彻分析，有针对性的提出一些建议性的对 策。 本文将如下展开论述：第一章绪论主要阐述问题的提出和选题意义、国内外 研究现状、研究思路与研究方法，以及论文创新点等；第二章结合现有研究成果， 厘定、阐述了责任、责任感以及大学生社会责任感这几个重要概念，以及他们之 间的关系，继而对当代大学生的社会责任感以及和谐社会视野下大学生社会责任 感加以概述；第三章结合相应调查方法，总结我国目前大学生的社会责任感的现 状及培育工作中存在的问题；第四章针对调查研究中发现的大学生的社会责任感 的相关问题进行分析，试图找出解决问题的对策；第五章结合社会主义和谐社会 以及各项实际提出建设性的意见。 关键词：社会责任感；和谐社会；大学生 I Abstract Abstract In the 4th plenum of the 16th, the CPC put forward the objectives and tasks on building a socialist harmonious societys in primary stage of socialism.To complete this major historical task,which includes to build the society that the society is the democracy and the rule of law, equity and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor and stability, harmonious communication between human beings and nature.
