本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目:4.7×105 Nm3/d粗苯焦化厂回收车间工艺设计 学生姓名: 学 号: 专 业:化学工程与工艺 班 级: 指导教师: 摘 要 本设计主要是对粗苯回收工段的各项参数进行设计及计算。从终冷工段来的的粗煤气经过洗苯塔,管式炉,再生器,脱苯塔等一系列设备后,得到净化后的煤气和循环所用的贫油。净化后的煤气主要是进入下一工段,还有部分供给管式炉,用于对于富油的加热;而再生后的贫油则用于整个系统的循环使用。粗苯回收工艺中最常用的方法是洗油吸收法,因为其工艺简单,经济可靠。同时,随着科学技术的发展和进步,粗苯工艺已得到很好的完善,洗油吸收法发展到现在,已经可以在常压下操作,而且其吸收率也非常高,一般在93%~%Abstract This design mainly for benzene recovery section of the design parameters and calculation.From the final cooling section to the gas through the washing of crude benzol,tube furnace,regenerator,benzene tower off after a series of major equipment,get purified gas and recycling used oil-poor .After purification the gas is mainly into the next steps,and some supply tube furnace for heating oil-rich This design mainly for benzene recovery section of the design parameters and calculation, through regenerated lean oil is recycled for the entire system.Crude Benzol recovery process most commonly used method is washing the oil absorption method,because process is simple,economical and reliable.Meanwhile,with the development and progress of science and technology,benzene process has been very good sound,wash oil absorption of progress,already operating at atmospheric pressure,and its absorption rate is very high, generally 93%~95%. The design of the crude gas by the end of the cold into the wash after benzol, benzol after washing,the gas to purify the benzene tower lean after washing through into the oil-rich,oil-rich administered by the furnace heating the regenerator,off benzene tower removal of benzene,then it can loop in the system.Design is mainly around the material mass balance,heat balance,etc,while the equipment selection and process conditions may be the value of the light of experience.
