This semester, after learning ancient Greek and ancient Rome Civilization , Ancient Greece and ancient Rome brilliant ideas and culture politics left a deep impression on me. After the class, I did some researches and now I want to write three aspects about it, which are most inspired me .They are philosopher Plato , Odyssey and Greek myths. Firstly ,Odyssey. the Greeks started a war against Troy over the most beautiful lady Helen. The Greeks could not break into Troy until the famous sage Odyssey put forward the Trojan Horse plan. The Greek army pretended to had retreated and left a large wooden horse, which was fully loaded with soldiers, outside Troy. The Trojan viewed the wooden horse as a gift from the Gods and carried it back into the city. In the midnight, the Greek soldiers went out of the wooden horse and opened the gate of the city, and the Greeks finally defeated Trojans with the help of the Trojan Horse. In this battle, the number of ancient Greek forces is far less than Troy, and military power is weaker than Troy，but the ancient Greek coalition use Trojan horse plan defeated Troy. Odysseys made the Trojan hide soldiers, the Greek army, captured the city of the enemy, and won the war. The general view of the battle of Troy, the Greek army has many heroes like Odysseys , but like Odysseus love thinking, the hero is not much, despite the criticism would have been a kind of like Achilles son decent people, but the fact that Odysseys is correct, Trojan horse put for a successful ending of ten years of the battle of Troy. On the way home, Odysseus suffered all kinds of hardships and dangers, the goddess Calypso wanted to use beauty to leave him, Poseidon prevented him by force, siren, Cyclops, strange bird with death threats he.. but Odysseus persevered, by virtue of the own resourcefulness and courage because of heart for the care of the family.
