 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 22 船舶引航中碰撞风险分析 Collision Risk Analysis in Ship Piloting 专 业：航海技术 Major：Navigation 作 者：王清 Author：Wang Qing 指导教师：朱怀伟 Supervisor：Zhu Huaiwei 学位授予单位：集美大学 University：Ji Mei University 完成日期： 2017年 6月 船舶引航中碰撞风险分析 【摘要】 船舶航行安全是船舶运营中至关重要的一环，而船舶碰撞根据碰撞的程度、位置等会不同程度的影响到船舶航行的安全。其可能会导致船舶及其相关设备受到损害、船上货物出现丢失或损害，甚至是人员伤员以及海洋污染等严重情况的发生。在引航过程中由于水文情况复杂，突发情况较多故经常会产生碰撞风险。因此对于船舶引航中碰撞风险进行一系列的分析来确定其原因以及尽可能减少碰撞风险是有深远意义的。本文对船舶引航中的碰撞风险进行了简要分析并且结合了相关事例以进行佐证。最后提出了相关意见来避免船舶引航中的碰撞风险。 【关键词】航行安全；引航；碰撞风险；避免风险 Collision Risk Analysis in Ship Piloting 【Abstract】The safety of ship navigation is one of the most important parts of ship operation. The collision of ships will affect the safety of ship navigation in varying degrees according to the degree and position of the collision. It may lead to damage to ships and their related equipment, the loss or damage of cargo on board, and even the serious situation of personnel, injured persons and marine pollution. In the process of piloting due to hydrological situation is complex, unexpected situation often have a collision risk. It is far-reaching to make a series of analyzes of the risk of collision in the ships pilot to determine its cause and to minimize the risk of collision. In this paper, the risk of collision in ship pilotage is briefly analyzed and the relevant cases are combined to support it. Finally, the relevant opinions are put forward to avoid the risk of collision in the ships pilotage.
