玉环县2011年癌痛患者麻醉药品使用情况研究 　　[摘要] 目的 评估玉环县2011年门诊癌痛患者麻醉药品的使用情况，了解患者的用药效果、不良反应及其他影响因素。为癌痛患者合理使用止痛药物提供参考，同时希望引起政府、医务工作者、患者及患者家属等各方面力量对这一领域的重视。 方法 预先设计EXCEL表格，联合玉环县5家具有麻醉药品供应资格的医疗单位，对全县办有专用病历的门诊癌痛患者个人基本信息和麻醉药品及其他辅助用药使用情况进行登记；每次购药时，用疼痛评分尺对门诊癌痛患者进行疼痛评估并登记，对门诊癌痛患者用药效果进行分析。 结果 门诊癌痛患者最常用的是吗啡缓释片，其次为芬太尼透皮帖剂。门诊癌痛患者购药次数≤2次占54.41%，其中仅购买1次的占37.74%。患者整个治疗过程的汇总评估，中重度疼痛患者占绝大多数。说明门诊癌痛患者没有得到规范有效的镇痛治疗。 结论 玉环县门诊癌痛患者晚期癌痛缓解效果不理想，癌痛治疗任重道远。 [关键词] 癌痛；麻醉药品；疼痛评分 [中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（c）-0096-04 Analysis of the anesthetics used in patients with cancer pain in Yuhuan County in 2011 LIN Hua LIU Qiying Department of Pharmacy， the People’s Hospital of Yuhuan County， Zhejiang Province， Yuhuan 317600， China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the anesthetics used in patients with cancer pain in Yuhuan County in 2011， and investigate the effect of drugs， ADR and other influences on patients， in order to provide some references for the rational use of anesthetics， moreover， to call for the attention from the government， medical workers， patients and patients’ family and other parties. Methods A EXCEL forms was pre-designed. Five medical units qualified to use anesthetics in Yuhuan County cooperated with each other， and the basic personal information of the out-patients with cancer pain， the use of anesthetics and assistant drug would be registered. Before purchasing medicines， the cancer pain was assessed by the pain scores rule， and the effect of drug was analyzed. Results The most common medicine for out-patients with cancer pain was Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets， followed by Fentanyl Transdermal System. The percentage of the out-patients with cancer pain who purchased the drugs for less than twice was about 54.41%， and the percentage of the out-patients with cancer pain who purchased the drugs only for once was about 37.74%.
