* The foundation is more than just the MFG/PRO source code produced by QAD. When considering MFG/PRO you must consider all the parts that are required to produce a whole complete product. MFG/PRO code: There’s the MFG/PRO code produced by QAD. In the eB release there is all the stuff from previous release as well as new things and enhancements. Translations: We translate MFG/PRO into as many as 26 languages. Localizations: To run MFG/PRO in some countries or regions, there some changes that are required - customizations like European Accounting or Chinese Accounting. Third party products: For a complete solution, MFG/PRO is often integrated with other software products produced by our partners. Vertical bundles: QAD sells combinations of MFG/PRO, services, third party products to particular industries. We call these vertical bundles. Training Services: Lastly, no product is complete without the training and services offerings to help implemented and customize. All these things together make-up the enterprise foundation that QAD calls MFG/PRO eB.
