RTM 43 RTM Heat T ransfer Analysis of Integral Composites Fabricated by Co-injection RT M , , , , , ( , 41 73) YIN Chang-ping, XIAO Jia- yu, ZENG Jing-cheng, JIANG Da-zhi, LIU Jun, DAI Xiao-qing ( College of Aerospace and Material Engineering, N ational U niversity of Defense Technology, Changsha 41 73, China) : / / , , , , , : ; ; ; RTM ; : TB332 : A : 1 1-4381(2 9) 8- 43- 6 Abstract: On the basis of the structure of loading-bearing/ heat-insulated/ thermal protective integra- tion material, w hich loading-bearing layer material w as carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin, heat-insu- lated layer material w as foam, and thermal-protective layer material w as carbon fiber reinforced phe- nolic resin, the finite element analysis ( FEA) model w as built to analyze the heat transfer of the inte- gral composite materials. T he temperature distribution inside the integral material was calculated by using the model, and the effects of thickness of thermal-protective layer, thickness and thermal con- ductivity of heat- insulated layer on temperature field w ere discussed. Silica aerogel composite w as con- sumed to substituted the foam to fabricated the heat-insulated layer, the thickness satisfied the defined thermal environment condition w as calculated, the results w ere important for heat transfer design of the integral material using silica aerogel composite as heat-insulated layer.
