投资银行业发展问题研究 摘 要 投资银行是一项在资本市场中沟通企业与企业、投资者与融资者的高智力密集型的金融服务产业。在经济活动中，投资银行既是高级形态的中介机构，又是重要的参与者，在世界金融一体化的新形势下，其作用更加重要，无可替代。国际资本市场中的投资银行业经过百余年的发展已经较为成熟，并在不同的历史条件下形成了既有交叉又各具特色的不同模式，其发展历程、经验教训、共性趋势都足可借鉴。随着我国资本市场的快速发展，作为资本市场核心的投资银行越来越受到人们的关注。本文从比较中外投资银行发展的角度出发，探讨了我国投资银行在业务范围、资本规模、管理结构等方面存在的问题，结合近几年快速发展变化的证券市场新环境，以及中国加入WTO后，投资银行面对来自国际著名投资银行方面的竞争。从开展国际合作、银证合作、业务创新、改善公司治理等几个方面提出相应的对策建议。 关键词：投资银行 证券公司 国际比较 Title Study on Development of Investment Banking in China Abstract Investment banking, which connects corporations with corporations, and investors with raisers, is a kind of financial industry with intense intelligence .and investment banks are not only highly developed intermediary organs in economic activities ,but also important and participant. They are becoming more and more important, and have no substitutes in the case of financial global integration. After development for over a hundred years, the investment banks in the informational capital market are highly experienced and they have had various modes, which bear both similarity and peculiar features due to different historical conditions. We can get a lot from their development courses, their experience and lessons, and their general trends. As capital market developed rapidly in China, more and more people pay attention to the core of the capital market-investment banking. In this paper from the perspective-Comparison the development of Chinese and foreign investment banking, has revealed the existing problems in the aspect of business field, capital size, management structure in China’s investment banking, Moreover, after china entry into WTO, the competition among the distinguished international investment banks. Put forward accordingly strategies and suggestions in the side of rising the corporations between foreign and internal investment banking, corporations between bank and investment banking, innovation, improve management for developing and perfecting investment banking.
